Hot to use:
- Begin with a base coat to clean dry nails, we’d recommend Ciaté Underwear.
- Paint two thin coats of the neon Paint Pot for a full coverage color hit.
- Next, style your look! Sprinkle neon glitter to a wet nail, no need for to seal in with a top coat – this look is raw glitter finish.

I really love the neon blue color, sparkle and top coat were easy enough to apply, especially since it comes with very easy to read directions. The packaging was also cute. The problem I had was it chipped within hours of application...I was not particularly hard on my nails either, I was styling my hair and applying makeup. This item was also a bit pricey, in my opinion
Why do we have to buy a set of 2????

I really like the way my manicure came out. I used two coats of the color and then coated it with the glitter. It looked beautiful. I then added the UV top coat. The effect was cool but not very practical unless you go where a lot of black lights are, and it dulled the brightness of the glitter. I'll probably use a regular top coat next time and save the UV for a night out.
