How do I order merchandise?

Virtually every item you see on our TV channel can be viewed and purchased online at www.citrusstv.com. Citruss TV’s online store also offers items that are not presented on air. Ordering takes just a few clicks of the mouse. Simply find the item you like, view its key features on the product details page, and click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you've completed your shopping, click the "View cart and checkout" button.
How do I use my shopping cart?
It's fast and easy! You can use one shopping cart to order multiple items at the same time. When you find something you like, simply add that item to your shopping cart. Then, you can keep shopping by adding more items to the same shopping cart. When you check out, you'll see the total purchase price for all the items in your shopping cart. Each individual purchase is also listed. www.citrusstv.com requires you to register if you are a new user or to sign in if you are a returning customer. Registering at www.citrusstv.com is fast and easy. Upon successful registration and login, you are taken to the checkout details page. When you click on "Place order", you will have ordered all the items in the shopping cart with just one easy click.
Note: During the Check-Out progress, you may revise or cancel your order. No order will be placed until you click the "Place order" button.
How can I order over phone?

What if I forgot my password?
For your convenience, Citruss TV offers a "Forgot your password?" feature that enables you to obtain your password within minutes by simply entering the registered e-mail address that you submitted during your registration.
Does Citruss TV accept debit cards?
No, Citruss TV accepts only Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
How do I check my order status?
There are 2 ways you can check the status of your order (e.g., shipping, payment received, returns etc):
Method 1
Select “My Account” link on the top right menu on www.citrusstv.com. When you check your “Recent Orders” online, you can review your current and past orders or returns with Citruss TV. Also, depending on how far along your order is in the shipping process, you may be able to change the Ship-To-Address, Payment Method, and/or Shipping Method. You may also be able to cancel your order.

How is my shipping weight calculated?
All our shipping fees are calculated based on the volumetric weight of the product. The volumetric weight of a product is:
Width x Length x Height in centimeters / 5000 = Volumetric Weight in kilograms.
Will I incur additional charges for international shipping?
International shipping outside the GCC may attract taxes and duties which will be paid by the consignee. Please contact your local authorities for further information.
How do I track my shipment?
You will be receiving an SMS with your shipment number 24 hours from the time of your order with us. You can then login to the Aramex website: www.aramex.com . On the main page put your shipment number in the space under ‘Track your shipment’. Also you can call us at anytime and we can provide you with the status of your shipment.
How do I cancel an item that I recently ordered?
Should you wish to cancel an item, simply follow these steps:
Access ‘My Account” link on the top right menu of any www.citrusstv.com web page.
Enter your login details
If a cancellation is still possible, you will be presented with the "Cancel" link on the right of the order you wish to cancel. At that point, you can select the "Cancel" button.
If the order is too far along in the shipping process to cancel, the link will not be presented and the item will be shipped to you as scheduled. Upon receiving the package, should you decide to make a return, please follow the step-by-step instructions on your packing slip.
Do you have a showroom? Where is your store?
We do not have a physical store as we are a TV-online shopping company. We offer fast delivery to your home or office. If you do not like the product or it does not fit, we will pick it up for free.

Can I come and try on the items before I buy them?
Citruss TV is a TV-online shopping company. All of our items are stored in a warehouse that is not open to customers. We offer a much simpler solution: Everything you see on our website or on our TV show can be bought and delivered to your doorstep. In case you don't like your item or it doesn't fit, you can exchange it or order a new item within 30 days.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
Credit Cards
At Citruss TV, our preferred payment method is via a secure credit card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees.
Cash on Delivery
For customers who wish to order without a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. Using this service, you can select to pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. Please note that since the COD service is costly for us to provide, cash payment orders will be charged an additional fee per order, no matter the number of items your order contains.
Is Citruss TV’s website trusted for online payments?
We actually use industry-leading encryption standards. This encrypts the data you provide to us, and ensures it is safe and not accessible to any third party. From your side, the most important duty is to protect your password. Your data is only used to process orders and to serve you better. It will be under no circumstances disclosed to any third party.
My credit card details were rejected. What can I do?
If you’ve tried to place an order but payment is not being accepted, you can still choose the Cash on Delivery option. We actually recommend that you check with your bank as well so that your next purchase will be effortless and straightforward.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across 19 countries. Click here to see the list. Items purchased will be delivered right at your doorstep whether at your home or in the office. www.citrusstv.com does not deal or provide any services or products to OFAC countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
All shipped items are delivered in 3 to 4 working days.
What if the item I received was damaged?
At Citruss TV we always take extra care in packaging your items, however, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately via phone. Please visit our contact us page for your local country number. We will schedule a pick-up of the item and immediately replace the same.
How can I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address kindly contact us by phone.Please visit our contact us page for your local country number. Also note that Aramex will call you prior to delivery and you will have a chance to confirm your shipping address to them or change it at that time.
