Returns and Exchange
Making an exchange or return is easy. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Citruss TV. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may exchange or return the item within 30 days from receiving your order. Keep the complete box and packaging if you intended to exchange within the specified exchange period
How to organize an exchange?
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, send your item back within 30 days of receipt for an exchange.
- There is no charge to exchange, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is free on the replacement item.
Step 1: Start by completing the return form of the pack slip that came with your item. Be sure to fill in all information, including the reason for your return:
a. Damaged product received
b. Not as described
c. Wrong product received
d. Wrong size / color received + mention which size/color you would like the new item to be
e. Other
Step 2: Repack all contents in the original packaging. Some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.
Step 3: Return method:
Use the Return AirWaybill provided with your pack slip.

And state the reason for the exchange:
a. Damaged product received
b. Not as described
c. Wrong product received
d. Wrong size / color received + mention which size/color you would like the new item to be

- Cover/remove all original shipping labels on the box or package it arrived in.
- Our call center will arrange a replacement within 3 days for UAE and 7 days for KSA if your request is valid.
- Once the order is replaced we will arrange with Aramex to collect the wrong/damage product.
- Refund through credit card: The refund will be applied as Return Credit to your Credit card Account within 15 business days from receiving the returned shipment.
- Exchange will only be made, if stock is available. If stock is not available you will receive a refund in the same way the original purchase was done. Please note that for Cash on delivery payment, the refund will be done through store credits.

- All returns should be made within 30 days from the date of shipment.
- Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
- Items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging along with all merchandise tags.
- Please note that for Cash on delivery payment, the refund will be done through store credits.
- Refund through credit card: The refund will be applied as Return Credit to your Credit card Account within 15 business days from receiving the returned shipment.
