1. What is the offer?

2. How can I participate in this offer?

• Just go through the normal shopping process. Select your favorite products, add to cart, On the payment page, put the promo code: ANB10 on the discount code are, and select pay by card.

3. Is there a minimum transaction amount required to avail the offer?

• There is no Minimum transaction amount needed to participate in the offer.

4. What is the maximum discount that I can avail?

• The maximum discount per Card across Citruss website or app is AED 75.

5. What if I cancel/return the product?

• If an order is cancelled or a refund request issued, only the net amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded. No refund will be issued in respect of the discount. 

6. Can I avail discount on card payment for cash on delivery order?

• Cash on delivery transactions are not included in this Offer.

7. Are all the products eligible for the offer?

• All the products available on Citruss.com are eligible for the discount.

Offer Terms and Conditions

1.     This "Offer" is made available on the website and the mobile site and mobile application including call center & whatsapp.

2.     Each customer holding an eligible Mastercard credit and/or debit card from Arab National Bank may participate in the Offer.

3.     If ANB Cardholder purchases a Product on citruss.com using a Card will get up to 10% (Ten percent) on the total amount of the transaction, excluding any taxes, duties, or shipping fees, by using the code ANB10.

4.     The maximum discount per Card and per Citruss.com across CITRUSS website and/or app/call center / Whatsapp is SAR 75.

5.     Each Cardholder may avail the discount on multiple transactions, provided that the maximum discount across all transactions does not exceed SAR 75. The Offer is not applicable to payments made by customers using the cash on delivery payment method.

6.     If an order is cancelled or a refund request issued, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. No refund will be issued in respect of the discount.

7.     Under no circumstance will the benefit being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Citruss.

8.     Citruss may disqualify any Cardholder from participating in this Offer if the Cardholder is deemed to be engaged in any fraudulent activity in connection with this Offer.

9.     Citruss reserves the right at any time to amend, add, remove and/or modify (in whole or part) any of the terms and conditions of these Offer Terms. Citruss can replace this Offer by another offer, whether like this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether. Citruss's decision in this regard shall be final.

10.   Nothing in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by Citruss to conduct further, similar, or other offers.

11.   Any cardholder participating in this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
